ABOUT ME
Jonathan Genovese is a charming, ebullient, driven actor who grew up right north of the city in Westchester County, New York.
There hasn’t been a moment in Jonathan’s life where he didn’t know that he wanted to act. At the age of 8, he enrolled in a local educational theater where he got the role of Charlie in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” in his first musical ever. This began his “home away from home” as he performed in over 40 productions from the age of 8, until his senior year of high school.
He then went on to pursue a degree at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications where he majored in TV, Radio, and Film, with a minor in Theater. He studied acting, film business, screenwriting, and TV/Film production, learning all the nuances of the industry as a whole.
Since 2019, he has trained in Meisner at Maggie Flanigan Studio and William Esper Studio.

Outside of acting his interests include: pop culture, travel and working out!
